Dropbox. It really is handy.

I work with two separate computers all day at work. They are on the same network, one is a mac and one is a pc. With dropbox loaded on both of them I have a shared folder that syncs instantly. No need to whip out the USB thumb drive. This is much simpler. Also its a free to use service. If you want to be able to access files from the "Cloud" from any computer or smartphone, tablet you happen to use then Dropbox is for you.
