FOR SALE or trade for a Motorhome.

FOR SALE or Trade 1991 Swapped Gen 4 (2001 engine) MR2 Turbo. For Motorhome. 150k miles on Chassis, about 36k total on the motor. 30k of which are from when it was in a Toyota Caldina in Japan. I love the car but Life has a funny way of taking the things you love most. I unexcpectiedly lost my Dad, coming up on two years ago now in November (11/11). My Dad would want me to live my dreams and I'd liketo travel across America in a Motorhome. This brings me to selling my baby. 8k OBO. Clean, Taken care of. Not a shit box.

Is the 1991 Toyota MR2 SW20 the most dangerous car ever?

"The SW20 is most dangerous car you can buy"
"This car should be illegal." But don't get me wrong it is a blast to drive and owing one is awesome.

"The MR2 Turbo might be the most dangerous car ever because of its accessibility and tendency towards sudden lift-off oversteer, but I would buy one for the "Warning: Radio Will Not Work If Removed" sticker alone. Getting a second-gen MR2 crossed my mind every week when I lived in London. The UK is full of them and they really are dirt cheap. That might be a problem because driving a mid-engined car fast takes practice, and young drivers tend to be lacking that sort of experience. The good news is that like all Toyotas from the nineties, the SW20 is easily fixable from the parts bin after ending up in a ditch, and owning one gives the satisfaction of having a classic that drives well, looks great and could never happen again."
"It's the James Dean of cars."

"This is the most dangerous car ever made and it is also a perfect expression of The Human Condition. We want to know where "The Limit" lies and damn self-preservation. This is the most dangerous car, because it is cheap, accessible, and exists in great numbers. This is opposed to a Porsche 911SC which is more dangerous in a mechanical sense but is not as accessible as the MR2"

Jalopnik says "The way I see it, this car and its weight-shifting only helps getting rid of the less smart ones you didn't like that much anyway. It's called natural selection."

I couldn't Agree more. It takes real skill to drive this care to and past it's limits. You WILL spin the car around while learning it's limits. But once you do find those limits and push it to the limit the car will repay you with handling few modern cars can rival. It's called the poor mans Ferrari.
