Android 4.2 Jelly Bean: How To Enable USB Debugging
The USB debugging mode is needed whenever you install custom ROMs on Android devices.
Just like previous versions of Android the USB debugging is not enabled by default in Android 4.2 and you will have to manually enable it. The option is available in almost all Android smartphones and tablets. Here is how to enable it:
Enable USB Debugging in Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
Step 1) Open Settings.
Step 2) Tap on About Device.
Step 3) Now tap of Build number several times until you see a small popup.
It will read "You are now a developer."
That’s it. You have successfully enabled USB Debugging in your Android 4.2 Jelly Bean powered smartphone/tablet.

Don't spend to much for an LED array for your camera.
You can either by a Z96 LED Light Panel
for 80$....
or an amazon special NEEWER CN-160 Dimmable LED
for half the price.
They work just as well.
